Coaching Coaching can help an individual propel their life in many ways, from developing a specific competency to building healthier relationships with friends, colleagues and family. The coaching style instituted at Aspiring Leadership invites an individual to access their own hidden leadership wisdom to become more competent in communicating, adopting and creating change. Our role when coaching individuals is to build a foundation of trust and mutual exploration. We do this by listening, observing, questioning and celebrating. We believe that the queries, solutions and emerging objectives come from within each individual. Our approach is unique for each person as we believe every individual is naturally creative, whole and resourceful. Coaching Conversations At Aspiring Leadership, coaching conversations are conducted one-on-one, and they take place by telephone or email. At the beginning of your coaching conversation we will document:
At the end of each coaching conversation you will receive an email summarizing the session. To maximize your coaching investment we recommend that you commit to six or eight sessions, scheduled at your convenience. At Aspiring Leadership the coaching conversations are scheduled for thirty to forty-five minute engagements. In between sessions, we offer email support and spontaneous check-ins if required.
