Journeying to the Hearts of Young Leaders: Personal Mastery in Girls© is a leadership program designed specifically for young women. The goal of the program is to encourage all young women to lead from where they stand and to teach them authentic leadership and personal mastery skills.

During the twelve week program girls will briefly investigate the study of authentic leadership before merging into an in-depth study of personal mastery exploring six unique learning modules. This course will provide an exclusive opportunity for girls to inquire about key leadership concepts, about their own beliefs and values, about moving out of persona and about creating a vision that propels them forward in their life journey.
