Teachers and school personnel have a tremendous influence on girls' experience in school and how they see themselves as leaderly learners. This influence can be habituating or debilitating. Research illuminates that girls do best in school when they are not inhibited by low self-esteem and a lack of confidence. This workshop explores the foundation of mindful leadership and how educators can work collaboratively with girls to impact their view of themselves and their success in school.
