Sovereignty is the ability to articulate your purpose, power and presence as you illuminate your strengths as a woman. This powerful, multi-session program is designed to enhance your leadership excellence through choice. "Sovereignty is the freedom to choose" (Henley, 2007, p.1). This series is created for women who are curious and committed to exploring the decisions they make with integrity courage, empowerment and support.

Participants in this program will engage in a two hour, bi-monthly session for a period of four months or a one hour session weekly for a period of four months. Each session will focus on a chapter of The Secret of Sovereignty: Women Choosing Leadership at Work and in Life (2007). The sessional format will include circle practices, world cafés and dyad groups. This highly interactive program also involves pre-work, journaling, and peer coaching. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge, purposefully reflect and ignite action in their own life. Individuals will learn they are the creator of their own journey and the director of their choices.
